About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team at The Growth Consultants. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the customer service operations to new heights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage customer service operations within budget and relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Enhance customer service operations to reduce customer effort and boost retention.
  • Ensure retention of portfolio accounts and maintain standard commercial terms.
  • Collaborate on credit monitoring with shared services.
  • Coach and train customer service employees (both office and field-based) to maintain high competence levels.
  • Manage all customer service resources, including personnel.
  • Lead initiatives for customer service operations improvement.
  • Drive operational improvements at plant and customer unit levels.
Requirements
  • A successful background leading and managing a customer service team in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment.
  • A strong leader who builds a strong working culture and environment.
