Job Title: Building Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Building Supervisor to join our team at Trinity Estates. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential developments, providing exceptional customer service to our residents, and managing a team of contractors and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate the maintenance and repair of communal areas, including PPMs and high-level contractor management.
  2. Supervise contractors and service providers, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to agreed timelines.
  3. Conduct regular inspections to identify repair requirements, health and safety risks, and security provisions.
  4. Manage day-to-day maintenance-related issues, prioritizing tasks, liaising with contractors, and keeping stakeholders informed.
  5. Manage onsite staff, including task management, appraisals, training, and performance management.
  6. Proactively manage resident relationships, ensuring a good service and timely communications.

Requirements:

  1. Experience working in the residential leasehold management sector with a good understanding of building safety.
  2. Experience managing contractors and service providers with a good understanding of M&E, communal heating systems, etc.
  3. Customer-orientated, ensuring residents receive the best possible level of service.
  4. Client-focused, flexible, organized, self-motivated, and able to work to tight deadlines.
