Job Title: Site Supervisor - Electrical Bias

Are you an experienced electrical bias building services site supervisor looking for a new role within the FM industry? This position may be suitable for you.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor - Electrical Bias to join our team at Trevett Project Services. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing a safe system of work, ensuring that all engineers and subcontractors meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • QSHE: Implement a safe system of work, ensuring all engineers and subcontractors are aware of their obligations and meet the required standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure all work and documentation are completed in line with statutory requirements and good industry practice.
  • Planning: Advise the scheduler on engineer skillsets to build the plan for the immediate future and plan tasks that are high profile, disruptive, high risk, or complex.
  • Operational Management: Manage, control, and audit the performance of all engineers and subcontractors, dealing with any issues escalated by the contract team or client.
  • Customer: Manage customer expectations around any task that is high profile, disruptive, overdue, or requires complex planning in line with escalation policy.
  • People: Manage and communicate with the team to optimize their performance in line with our guiding principles.
  • Finance/Commercial: Understand contractual obligations and cost drivers to inform decision making and profitable delivery.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience as an electrical bias building services site supervisor and a strong understanding of the FM industry.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 to £53,000 (experience dependent) and a supportive work environment.
