Residential Property Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Resident Services Assistant to join our team at Savills Management Resources. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring the smooth operation of our residential development, and maintaining a high level of safety and security.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Front Desk Management: Ensure the front desk is manned at all times, and is presented to a high standard.
- Communication: Manage inbound phone calls, monitor the resident services email inbox, and action requests and enquiries as required.
- Community Engagement: Engage with the local and resident community to increase exposure and the success of the scheme.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Act as the first point of call for residents for all maintenance issues, log each maintenance case on the system, and ensure it is progressed in a timely manner.
- Key Management: Organize keys for new tenancies, receipt keys for old tenancies, and track existing keys logged out to residents and contractors.
- Contractor Management: Coordinate all contractor appointments and log issues to ensure required service levels are attained.
- Lettings and Viewings: Follow up on lettings enquiries, undertake apartment viewings, and meet and greet with new tenants.
- Health and Safety: Complete regular building walks to ensure there are no health and safety issues evident or any security concerns.
- Administration: Assist in administration for the wider property and lettings teams for the scheme.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
- Proactive and Dynamic: Proactive and dynamic, with a strong work ethic and ability to take ownership of core duties.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and logs.
- Flexibility and Cooperativeness: Flexible and cooperative, with the ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
Working hours: 5 days over 7, with hours between 8am and 8pm (including bank holidays and weekends). Salary: up to £27,500, with a 10% discretionary bonus (pro rata).
