We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team at Reset Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Manage and respond to client queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Property Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, including obtaining quotations and instructing contractors.
- Inventory and Check-Outs: Organize and conduct inventory checks and check-outs, and distribute reports to clients.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property transactions and client communications.
- Utility Management: Set up and close utility accounts, and distribute safety records to relevant parties.
- End of Tenancy Process: Evaluate end of tenancy reports, propose damage to clients, and manage deposit distribution.
- Experience: Proven background in property management, with a strong understanding of residential property laws and regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using property CRM systems and IT platforms, with strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
