Job Title: Property Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team at ProFind Property Recruitment. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with all regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Property Management: Oversee the daily operations of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with all regulations.
  • Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Arrange and oversee property repairs and maintenance, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with current legislation and safety standards, maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
  • Financial Management: Handle rent collections and manage arrears, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, with a strong understanding of residential property regulations and legislation.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Full UK driving licence is preferred, with a clean driving record.
