Executive Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team in the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, with a salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, collaborating with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, utilizing excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and market analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK market and sales landscape, with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
