We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Nights Team Member to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh City. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of our overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, creating a 'home away from home' experience.
  • Support the Housekeeping team by preparing guest bedrooms and public areas for the next day.
  • Assist the Nights Manager with tasks such as running the Night Audit and Room Service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality.
