As an Administrative Sales Coordinator at Exertis, you will play a vital role in supporting our Print sales teams with administrative tasks and customer communication. This includes managing orders and processing tasks, such as receiving purchase orders, handling quote requests, and coordinating with account managers for accurate processing.

About the Role
  • We require someone to oversee the daily delivery checklist to ensure orders are invoiced, dispatched, and tracked, addressing any delays through customer service and raising necessary support tickets.
  • The successful candidate will generate and distribute daily sales reports, maintain the call statistics tracker, sharing detailed call performance data with account managers biweekly.
  • This role involves serving as the main point of contact for bid requests, securing pricing from vendors, processing warranty forms, and liaising with product managers and relevant teams to finalise bids and warranties.
  • You will also coordinate returns processes with customer service, follow proper protocols, and monitor freight adjustments to recover overcharges, ensuring efficient handling and financial accuracy.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including 25 days holiday with the option to buy more, a day off for your birthday, generous maternity, shared parental, paternity, and adoption pay, and flexible work arrangements that support our customers, business, and employees.
