Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical support to our sales representatives, as well as delivering end-user training and attending surgical procedures.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for medical devices, particularly in the field of orthopaedics. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved, while also promoting our products and building positive business relationships with current and potential clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a clinical setting, ideally within the NHS or private hospital environments. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Deliver end-user training on company products
  • Attend surgical procedures as requested by customers or area sales managers
  • Liaise with stakeholders within the NHS and private hospital settings
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for medical devices and orthopaedics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a clinical setting, ideally within the NHS or private hospitals
  • A full UK driving licence
  • The right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
