Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at Connells. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for running a profitable and well-organized office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of lettings professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high levels of performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive business growth.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including sales and lettings data.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lettings management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel to various locations.
