About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join our team in Birmingham City Centre. As a key member of our sales and lettings team, you will be responsible for driving business success, leading a team, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Pursue new business opportunities and develop effective marketing and canvassing strategies.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Provide in-branch training and coaching to staff to ensure they meet sales and lettings targets.
- Conduct regular one-to-one reviews and appraisals to ensure team members are meeting company standards.
- Handle day-to-day inquiries, both face-to-face and via telephone, to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
- Proven experience in estate agency, with a strong track record of sales and lettings success.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to analyze market trends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proven effectiveness in achieving personal and team goals.
- Customer-focused with a results-driven approach.
- Previous people management experience is desirable.
