Lettings Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our residential lettings team in Birmingham. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of lettings professionals and providing an exceptional lettings service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of lettings professionals to deliver an exceptional lettings service
- Manage and maintain a profitable and well-organized office
- Develop and implement effective lettings strategies to drive business growth
- Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Proven experience in lettings management or a related field
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving license
