Lettings Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our residential Lettings team in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team of lettings professionals, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of lettings professionals to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Develop and implement effective lettings strategies to drive business growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in lettings management or a related field
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
