Nursery Learning Assistant

As a Childcare Apprentice with the Aspire Training Team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with young children and develop your skills in childcare and education. You will work closely with a friendly team, who are committed to providing a high-quality service. Upon completing the apprenticeship, you may have the opportunity to secure paid employment within the nursery or other local settings.
About the Apprenticeship:
The Level 2 Childcare Apprenticeship is a comprehensive training program that covers the essential skills and knowledge required to work in childcare. You will learn how to support the development of young children, promote their physical and emotional well-being, and establish strong relationships with parents and colleagues. The apprenticeship includes both theoretical and practical components, allowing you to apply your knowledge in real-world settings.
Salary and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £17,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as the possibility of paid employment at the end of the apprenticeship. We also provide a Paid DBS check, which is a valuable addition to any CV.
