Job Title: Childcare Assistant - Level 2 Apprenticeship Opportunity

About the Role:

The Aspire Training Team is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join Kaleidoscope Nursery as a Level 2 Childcare Apprentice.

This is an exciting opportunity to complete a Level 2 Childcare Apprenticeship at Kaleidoscope Nursery and Preschool within a friendly team in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children with personal care and feeding
  • Preparing activities for the children and participating in activities with them
  • Helping with messy play and working with other team members to keep the setting clean and tidy
  • Adhering to safeguarding procedures and keeping the children safe at all times
  • Observing children and interacting with parents

Requirements:

  • Able to obtain a clear DBS
  • Preferably have GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent

Working Hours:

  • Minimum of 30 hours per week, with shifts between 8.00am and 17.30pm
