About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Paediatric Nurse to join our team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a Paediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and young people, working closely with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care to children and young people, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the needs of children and young people.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the health and well-being of children and young people.
- Provide education and support to families and carers to promote healthy lifestyles and disease prevention.

Person Specification:
We are looking for a Paediatric Nurse who:
- Has a degree in Paediatric Nursing or a related field.
- Has a minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Paediatric A&E Nurse environment within the last 3 years.
- Is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
