Paediatric Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Paediatric Nurse to join our team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a Paediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and young people, working closely with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to children and young people, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and carers, providing emotional support and guidance as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Registered Nurse qualification and current NMC registration.
- Minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Paediatric A&E Nurse environment within the last 3 years.
- Paediatric Nursing Degree and relevant post-registration qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, as required.
