About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Paediatric Nurse to join our team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a Paediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and their families, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care to children and their families, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of children's physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Document patient information and progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Person Specification
We are looking for a Registered Paediatric Nurse who has:
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Paediatric A&E Nurse environment within the last 3 years.
- Complied with NMC Professional Registration and kept up to date with current nursing practices.
- A Paediatric Nursing Degree.
