**Job Description:**

As a highly skilled Inclusion and Diversity Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting customers from diverse backgrounds to achieve their employment goals. Your expertise will enable you to develop and deliver effective coaching programs that cater to individual needs, promote inclusive practices, and foster a positive work environment.

With a strong background in coaching and influencing, you will work closely with customers to identify barriers, develop action plans, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful outcomes. Your ability to build strong relationships and tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each customer will be essential in this role.

The salary for this position is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, dependent on experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 6% contributory pension scheme, access to discounts, and opportunities for professional growth.
