- Empowerment and Community Development: Develop and deliver empowerment and community development programs that promote social change and community engagement.
- Youth Activities Coordination: Coordinate and deliver youth activities that promote social, emotional, and physical development among young people.
- Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and development support to young people to help them achieve their goals and aspirations.
- Community Engagement: Engage with local communities to promote Empowr-U's values and mission.
- Qualifications: Level 4 Apprenticeship in Sports Coaching or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse groups, and experience in coaching and development.
- Experience: Previous experience in coaching and community development, with a focus on empowerment and social change.
Work will involve working with young people, community groups, and local stakeholders to deliver empowerment and community development programs.
Regular travel will be required to engage with local communities and stakeholders.
Salary and BenefitsSalary: £10,000 - £12,500 per annum.
Benefits: Comprehensive training and development opportunities, including a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Sports Coaching.
