Job Title: Construction Administrator

Madisons Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct research on new projects, including planning, environmental, and background checks
  • Monitor planning status and report updates to the Project Manager
  • Coordinate conference calls and site meetings
  • Obtain quotes and prepare comparisons for project materials
  • Assist with utility applications and prepare quote acceptance packages
  • Coordinate pre-commencement activities and on-site activities
  • Assist with purchasing materials and hiring plant
  • Support the Project Manager with social media posts and researching new content
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Pegasus Opera 3 or similar accounting software packages
  • Proactive and organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Methodical and thorough approach to work
  • Ability to juggle tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Confident communicator with good public speaking skills
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
