Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager at Michael Page, you will lead the day-to-day on-site operations of MTA construction projects. This includes planning, scheduling, and coordinating work with the Project Director to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Site Supervision:
You will oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure project specifications and timelines are met. This involves coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and MTA officials to facilitate smooth project execution. Regular site inspections will be conducted to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
Resource Management:
You will ensure the proper use and maintenance of construction equipment. Additionally, you will monitor and manage project costs to avoid overruns and ensure financial accountability.
Quality Assurance:
You will implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship. Regular inspections will be conducted to verify compliance with project specifications.

Additionally, you should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
