Project Management:

Site Supervision:

Resource Management:

You will ensure the proper use and maintenance of construction equipment. Additionally, you will monitor and manage project costs to avoid overruns and ensure financial accountability.

Quality Assurance:

You will implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship. Regular inspections will be conducted to verify compliance with project specifications.

A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience) is required. Proven experience as a Superintendent Construction Manager on MTA projects is essential. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations is also required. Additionally, you should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
