Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Apprentice to join our team at Bosch. As an IT Support Apprentice, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers, resolving IT-related issues, and participating in the development of new IT procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Resolve IT-related issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians
  • Participate in the development of new IT procedures and processes
  • Assist in the maintenance of asset register records and inventory management
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve IT services
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and software
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
