About the Role

Hays is working with a leading online retailer based in Worcester, who are seeking a skilled 2nd Line IT Support Technician to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a robust internal IT framework to enhance cybersecurity and internal procedures.
  • Oversee all IT hardware, manage Microsoft Office accounts, and coordinate with external IT support and other IT stakeholders.
  • Set up new Gmail accounts and address general IT issues.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to establish rapport with employees at all levels.
  • Demonstrate strong prioritization abilities and keen attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support and systems maintenance.
  • Efficiently handle second-line support, addressing escalations, technical enquiries, and problem-solving.
  • Implement secure firewalls and oversee the management and deployment of the ISO 27001 system.
  • Develop and manage Cyber policies.
  • Travel across sites may be necessary based on business requirements.

What You'll Get in Return

  • £30,000-£40,000 Annual Salary DOE.
