Job Title: Specialist, IT Support

At Futures, we are seeking a highly skilled Specialist, IT Support to join our team. As a key member of our Specialist Technical Support Team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level technical support across various ICT services, specialist applications, and equipment.
  • Contribute to an efficient and effective Customer Service, ensuring a quality end-to-end ICT Service.
  • Work as a member of the Specialist Technical Support Team, providing local supervision of work colleagues as required.

  • Command and Control system experience - ideally Saab SAFE
  • Radio (Airwave)
