Job Description

At Futures, we are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Technical Support Level 4 to join our team as a member of the Specialist Technical Support Team. The successful candidate will provide critical Saab support and be responsible for delivering a high level of technical support to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support across various areas, including ICT services, specialist applications, and equipment.
  • Offer local supervision of work colleagues as required, contributing to efficient and effective Customer Service.
  • Ensure a quality end-to-end ICT Service.
  • Support application, Windows Server, database, network, and telephony systems.
  • Manage ITIL incident and change management processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of ICT services, specialist applications, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
