Role Overview

STRIDE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT LTD is seeking an experienced Casualty Claims Specialist to join their Claims Management business. This home-based role involves conducting Employer's Public, Products, and Construction liability site investigations and surveys, as well as proactive claims handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough site investigations and risk surveys promptly
  • Liaise regularly with insurers, policyholders, witnesses, and other experts, managing their expectations throughout the claims process
  • Determine the appropriate liability outcome, controlling indemnity spend, and negotiating claim resolutions
  • Understand, interpret, and apply policy cover and wording to various specialist classes
  • Prepare detailed and concise reports explaining investigations, legal liability, and quantum recommendations

Requirements

  • Experience as a Loss Adjuster, specifically dealing with casualty claims
  • Knowledge of Commercial Combined Liability Policies and CAR Policies
  • Ability to work from home and on-site, with a split of 2/3 days each
