Job Summary

About the Role

The successful candidate will function as a team member of the Multidisciplinary Team, assisting the Registered Nurse in delivering high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing care and assistance to patients according to their needs and problems identified in individual care plans.
  • Reporting patient conditions, progress, and problems to the nurse in charge.
  • Escorting patients to and from other departments and hospitals when required.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise their workload.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Recognition of their own limitations and learning needs.
