Ongo Recruitment Ltd is seeking an exceptional Custodian Role candidate to join our team. As a dedicated facilities professional, you will be responsible for maintaining the school's facilities to a high standard.
Job Summary
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of school premises, including site security, maintenance, health and safety, and cleanliness. This will involve carrying out routine repairs, minor works, and general upkeep to ensure the school is well-maintained.
About You
We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and takes pride in their work. You should have previous experience in a caretaking, maintenance, or facilities management role, with basic DIY and maintenance skills. You must hold a current DBS and have a good understanding of health and safety regulations.
Work Environment
The role requires part-time working hours, Monday to Friday, split shifts from 06:00 to 09:00 and 15:00 to 18:00 or similar to suit 30 hours per week. You must have your own transport due to location.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
