Job Title: Concierge

Location: Rotating across London Bridge Campus and Canary Wharf

Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Shifts between 0800 and 2000, 5 days on, 2 days off

£ per annum + Benefits (pension, private health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our Front of House Team at The London Bridge Hospital. As a Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all visitors to the hospital receive a warm and welcoming experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, responding to the needs of patients, visitors, and consultants in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all patients, visitors, and consultants into the building
  • Directing to correct areas
  • Dealing with telephone calls
  • Covering for reception when necessary

Requirements:

  • Previous Concierge experience, ideally within a 5* setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Good IT Skills
