Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our team at Simpson Judge Ltd. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate HR reporting and analytics, partnering with HR and IT teams to enhance HR system data accuracy and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize iTrent experience to deliver accurate HR reporting and analytics on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual bases.
  • Partner with HR and IT teams to enhance HR system data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to analyze data trends and provide expert insights.
  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends, variances, and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Handle organizational structure changes within the HR system.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulae, data analysis.
  • Experience with HR systems, particularly SAP Success Factors.
  • Understanding of systems for Recruitment, Benefits, Performance Management, and Learning & Development.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider HR team.

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulae, data analysis.
  • Experience with HR systems, particularly SAP Success Factors.
  • Understanding of systems for Recruitment, Benefits, Performance Management, and Learning & Development.
