Special Education Needs Coordinator

**Job Overview:**
Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking an experienced SENDCO to cover an absence until the end of the academic year in a mainstream primary school located in Dawlish (Devon). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) receive the support and guidance they require to reach their full potential.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversight of effective SEND provision, working closely with staff, students, parents, and external agencies to ensure individual needs are identified and met.
- Fully enhanced DBS clearance.
**Competitive Salary:**
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. On-site parking facilities and ongoing training and professional development opportunities are also available.
