About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and mental health issues across England.

Job Description
  • Promote independence by assisting with daily activities such as cleaning, cooking, and personal care needs.
  • Support residents in developing their life skills and personal interests.
  • Assist with medication administration and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in manual handling and provide support for safe and healthy living environments.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be patient and non-judgmental, and have a flexible approach to working hours. A full driving license is also required for this role.

Working Arrangements

You will work in one of three houses on a 1:1 basis, using your own initiative and discretion to ensure the highest level of care and support for our residents. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 29 days' paid holiday per year, increasing with service years up to 31 days, plus additional perks through our total reward package.
