Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
About the Role:
This is a rewarding opportunity to work with clients who require specialist care, including those with cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and visual and cognitive impairments.
You will be responsible for delivering personal care, administering medication, and providing emotional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing holistic care and support to clients with complex needs
- Delivering personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Administering medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Supporting clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household management
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
