Business Development Manager

Rocialle Healthcare Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth.

You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development and customer retention. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in a similar role, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Pursue new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Work with our sales team to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Deliver regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and progress towards targets.
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding results in a business development or sales role.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
