About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Learning Support Professional at Academics Ltd. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs and helping them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement tailored support strategies that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Your primary focus will be on creating a safe, nurturing environment that encourages students to grow and learn.
  • In collaboration with teachers, you will help design and deliver engaging educational experiences that promote inclusive learning.
  • You will provide emotional support and guidance to students, fostering positive relationships and self-esteem.
Requirements
  • To be successful in this role, you must have experience working with students with SEMH or EBD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • You should be able to differentiate learning methods to suit the diverse needs of each student.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and approaches is also crucial.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
