Job Description


The Technical Support Engineer supports the establishment and maintenance of Wizz Air UK's airworthiness standards by reviewing maintenance delays, aircraft system problems, and suggesting improvements within maintenance procedures to achieve higher dispatch reliability.


They contribute to changes in company manuals and procedures, participate and/or represent the organization as a technical contact for contracts and projects, and provide immediate assistance, advice, and technical support to the Technical Services Manager.


Liaising with Planning, MCC, Engineering departments, and AMOs on a daily basis, the Technical Support Engineer supports the Senior Technical Services Manager to manage AD, SB, modification assessment and approval process, ensuring all applicable maintenance data required to establish methods, techniques, standards, and instructions to maintain airworthiness is acquired, kept current, and correct.


Required Skills and Qualifications


Creative thinking, attention to details, Airbus A320 training, and experience in aircraft systems are essential skills and qualifications for this role.
