Luton, Luton, United Kingdom Ifairworthy Full time

As a key member of the Ifairworthy team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continued airworthiness of our aircraft fleet. Reporting directly to the Manager Continuing Airworthiness, you will be responsible for providing oversight and guidance on all aspects of continuing airworthiness management.

Your primary focus will be on managing allocated aircraft to ensure Airworthiness Review Certificates (ARC's) are issued in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for reviewing all legislation pertaining to continuing airworthiness management, identifying areas where improvements can be made, and implementing changes as necessary.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of project management principles, with experience of managing projects across all levels of an organization. You will also need to have a working knowledge of the aircraft maintenance environment and proven experience within a commercial Part-CAMO organisation.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be expected to build exceptional working relationships with key stakeholders, including the TUI Airways Commercial Fleet Specialist. This will involve communicating effectively, building trust, and working collaboratively to achieve common goals.

We estimate that the salary for this role is around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also be entitled to a range of benefits, including discounts, special offers, and the ability to purchase additional 'TUI time off'. Health and wellbeing support is also available in five key areas – financial, health, social, community, and career.
