Graduate Support Role in Barnet

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team at RIBBONS AND REEVES.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a 2:1 degree and be eager to gain experience supporting students with their learning in a KS1/2 Primary School setting.
About the Role:- 12-month contract starting from November
- A competitive annual salary of £22,418 - £24,344 (pro-rata), paid weekly (£480.80-£510) on a PAYE basis
- A great opportunity for aspiring Primary Teachers to develop their skills and confidence
- Supporting pupils in a variety of settings, including whole-class, 1:1, and small groups within the classroom
- You will work closely with a supportive SENCO and Senior Leadership Team to deliver an inclusive education to all pupils.
- Patience, understanding, and the ability to build strong relationships with Primary-aged pupils are essential qualities for this role.
- The school aims to achieve 'Outstanding' status and is looking for dedicated staff members to support this goal.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Primary Teaching Assistant to gain valuable experience and training, with RIBBONS AND REEVES offering ongoing support and guidance throughout the role.
