About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Document Coordinator to join our team in Portishead, Bristol or Bridgewater. As a Document Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining project documentation and ensuring accurate information is distributed throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain document management systems, including setup, copying, scanning, and storage of documents.
  • Create and manage templates for consistent documentation.
  • Manage requests for documentation and ensure timely distribution of project-related information.
  • File and store documents securely, adhering to confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive information.
  • Maintain up-to-date records by reviewing and editing as necessary.
  • Liaise with various levels of the project team and external parties to facilitate smooth communication.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Document Controller within the building or construction sector, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams/Sharepoint.
  • Desirable: Experience with Viewpoint/Aconex or similar software, although training will be provided.
