We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Health and Wellness Program Coordinator.

About the Role:

  • As a Health and Wellness Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering health promotion programs that cater to the needs of our members.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver health promotion programs for adults and children, focusing on physical activity, nutrition, and mental well-being.
  • Collaborate with local community groups and organizations to promote our programs and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers and referral agencies.
  • Monitor program outcomes and evaluate their effectiveness in improving the health and wellbeing of our participants.
