We are seeking a dedicated Well-being and Activity Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative support team, focusing on the Avery collection homes, predominantly based in London and Surrey.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Your focus as Well-being and Activity Specialist will be to support the homes to organise, plan, and deliver activities to a high standard, enhancing the well-being of our residents.

Other responsibilities include:

- Provide training to well-being and activity coordinators across the Avery Collection Homes.
- Contribute towards the development of Avery’s Well-being & Activity Strategy.
- Support the development and implementation of well-being initiatives, quality activity resources, to improve our resident’s overall lived experience.
- Promote and support community links, volunteering and quality content posted to Avery social media channels.
- Conduct audits and support visits to all locations within Avery Collection Homes.
