Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the canteen menu, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update the staff canteen menu, considering dietary requirements and colleagues' preferences.
  • Develop and introduce new dishes periodically to keep the menu exciting and diverse, while maintaining consistency with the hotel's culinary standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Manage inventory and track stock levels to reduce waste and control costs, optimizing kitchen operations for efficiency and productivity.

About You

As a seasoned culinary professional, you possess extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and strong leadership skills to oversee and inspire a specific section of the kitchen. You have a proven track record of success in culinary operations, with a passion for innovation and creativity in the kitchen.
