Coburg Banks Technical is seeking a skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our sales team to achieve their targets and grow our business.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to understand their needs and develop solutions to enable them to sell more effectively. This may involve developing sales tools and materials, providing training and coaching, and identifying new sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be comfortable using technology to support sales efforts.

You will be based at home, but will require frequent travel to visit clients and attend meetings.

The salary for this role is up to £55k + £20k OTE + travel allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team to understand their needs and develop solutions to enable them to sell more effectively
  • Develop sales tools and materials to support the sales team
  • Provide training and coaching to the sales team
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them

Requirements:

  • Degree in Sales or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales or sales enablement
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
