Job Description

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation, utilization, and optimization of Salesforce within our global sales teams.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead the configuration of Salesforce to meet the specific needs of our B2B sales organization. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the sales process and pricing model requirements. Experience as a CRM administrator or product owner, preferably within a B2B sales organization, is essential.

The selected candidate will be responsible for training our sales teams on Salesforce usage and pricing structures. They will also focus on internal system integrations to ensure seamless data sharing across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Salesforce Implementation and Optimization: Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce to meet the specific needs of our B2B sales organization.
  • Customer Pricing: Implement clear processes to allow GM control, market pricing, and customer price lists.
  • Sales Team Training and Support: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales teams on Salesforce usage and pricing structures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and pricing model requirements.
  • Proven experience as a CRM administrator or product owner, preferably within a B2B sales organization.
