As the Senior People Partner for Technology and G&A at RedCloud Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the people strategy across these critical functions. In a company that prides itself on innovation and excellence, your role will be central to driving People Team initiatives that align with our ambitious company objectives.

You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of high performance, learning, and inclusivity, ensuring RedCloud remains an exceptional place to work. This is a Hybrid role, with the expectation of one day per week in our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • People Partnering: Provide strategic guidance to the management and leadership teams across Technology, and G&A, offering insights and People solutions to drive departmental and organisational objectives.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement development and retention strategies, and create a succession plan tailored to meet the needs of the Technology, Product, and G&A teams. Support talent acquisition and selection.
  • Performance Management: Develop and refine performance management processes to support objective setting, performance reviews, and continuous improvement.
  • Learning & Development: Identify opportunities for skill enhancement and career progression; design and facilitate learning initiatives to foster professional growth.
  • Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations issues with sensitivity and in compliance with legal standards.
  • Change Management: Spearhead change management efforts, guiding the teams through transitions and organisational development.
  • People Analytics: Utilise data and analytics to inform People strategies, enhance productivity, and improve employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in People Partnering, with at least 2 years within tech or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR/People strategic planning, performance management, and organisational development, ideally in a global organisation.
  • Agile, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proactive problem-solving and innovation skills.
