Rotating Equipment Technician

We are looking for a skilled Rotating Equipment Technician to join our team at Nidec Power. As a key member of our Power division, you will be responsible for performing electrical and mechanical operations for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to urgent on-site support requests
- Maintain equipment for customers and troubleshoot electrical or mechanical issues
- Conduct on-site investigations to identify the root cause of failures
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Regulations and Nidec policy
- Provide on-call assistance to customers via telephone
- Manage own work-related administration, including on-site reports and travel arrangements
Expected Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications, such as ONC or BTEC in electrical engineering
- Experience in maintaining rotating electrical machines
- Strong understanding of electrotechnical principles
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
