Job Overview: Terminal Illness Companion

We are seeking a compassionate and supportive individual to join our team as a Terminal Illness Companion. In this role, you will provide companionship and support to individuals with a terminal illness and their families, helping to enhance their quality of life and alleviate caregiving responsibilities.

About the Role:
• Build trust and rapport with clients and their families through regular visits and engaging conversations.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, social events, or simply spend time together doing activities they enjoy.
• Offer emotional support and practical assistance to help alleviate caregiving responsibilities.
